Data Rise Time Percent Definition

Active Edge Data Rise Time Percent
Not Applicable It is the time difference from when a rising Data edge crosses the low threshold to when it crosses the high threshold. The high and low thresholds are percentage of the levels of the Data period to which the rising edge belongs.

Significance of statistics:
MeanNot important.
MinThe min percent rise time should be more than the specified limit. Too small a percent rise time will induce noise on adjacent signal lines.
MaxThe max percent rise time should be less than the specified limit. Too large a percent rise time will eat into the setup & hold times.
Peak cy-cyImportant. A higher cycle-to-cycle percent rise time indicates that the system is affected by noise or interference from adjacent signals or both.
Peak-to-peakNot important.
