Rising	Same as above except that the measurement is performed from rising edge to rising edge.

Significance of statistics:
Mean	The mean N cycle jitter should be as small as possible. The larger this value is, the more will it result in reduction of timing margins.
Min	Not important.
Max	Very important. The max N cycle jitter should be as small as possible. The larger this value is, the more will it result in reduction of timing margins.
Peak cy-cy	Good for understanding the jitter distribution.
Peak-to-peak	Good for understanding the jitter distribution.
