Active Edge Clock N-Cycle Period / N-Cycle Jitter
Falling It is the time difference between two N-cycle long time intervals. The measurement is performed from falling edge to falling edge.
Rising Same as above except that the measurement is performed from rising edge to rising edge.

Significance of statistics:
MeanThe mean N cycle jitter should be as small as possible. The larger this value is, the more will it result in reduction of timing margins.
MinNot important.
MaxVery important. The max N cycle jitter should be as small as possible. The larger this value is, the more will it result in reduction of timing margins.
