Clock Fall Time Definition

Active Edge	Clock Fall Time
Not Applicable	It is the time difference from when a falling clock edge crosses the high threshold to when it crosses the low threshold.

Significance of statistics:
Mean	Not important.
Min	The min fall time should be more than the specified limit. To small a fall time will induce noise on adjacent signal lines.
Max	The max fall time should be less than the specified limit. To large a fall time will eat into the setup & hold times.
Peak cy-cy	Important. A higher cycle-to-cycle fall time indicates that the system is affected by noise or interference from adjacent signals or both.
Peak-to-peak	Not important.
