Channel to Channel Skew Definition

It is the time difference from the nth selected edge type on input1 to the nth selected edge type on input2.

Significance of statistics:
Mean	This gives the average skew in seconds between the two waveforms.
Min	This is the minimum skew between the two waveforms.
Max	This is the maximum skew between the two waveforms.
Peak cy-cy	This value gives the maximum difference between any two consecutive skew values.
Peak-to-peak	This value is the absolute difference between the max skew and the min skew.
