JitLab: Jitter and Timing Analysis Module Set


JitLab is a jitter & timing measurement & analysis software for high-speed signals. The JitLab package contains basic and advanced measurements and statistics modules as explained below-


  • Signal processing modules
    • Meas - Jitter & timing measurements - Period, frequency, cycle-cycle jitter, N-cycle jitter, positive width, negative width, positive duty cycle, negative duty cycle, cycle-cycle positive width, cycle-cycle negative width, cycle-cycle positive duty cycle, cycle-cycle negative duty cycle, rise time, fall time, rise slew rate, fall slew rate, setup time, hold time, channel-channel skew, channel-channel crossover voltage.
    • Filter - Cascadable digital FIR filter, IIR filter and decimator.
    • FFT - Fast Fourier Transform.

  • Output modules
    • Stats - Accumulated and/or single processing-cycle statistics - Min, max, mean, standard deviation, peak-peak & max cycle-cycle. Time stamp of min, max & cycle-cycle in current processing-cycle.

  • Wizards
    • JitLab - Module for jitter & timing measurements for high-speed digital signals.
